Genoa have made it through to the last 16 of the Coppa Italia after beating Ravenna 2-1 at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
Diego Milito provided both goals for Genoa who will go on to face Jose Mourinho's Inter in the next phase of the competition.
It was Lega Pro outfit Ravenna who broke the deadlock through leonardo Pettinari just before the hour mark after what was a very slow start.
The visitors seemed to be holding on until the final few minutes of the game when Milito quickly dashed any hopes of Ravenna qualifying with two goals inside the final 10 minutes to see the Serie A outfit through.
The Grifone will now play the Italian champions Inter, who enter the tournament along with the other top seeds.
