Conte is hot property in the managerial market after guiding the Puglia outfit to Serie A after eight years.The former Bianconeri midfielder has admitted it would be a dream to lead the Turin giants in what would be his debut top flight experience.
Juve aren't the only ones showing an interest, though, as Conte has also been linked with Sampdoria, Genoa and Atalanta.
"I would be happy to release Conte only and exclusively in the scenario where he received a call from Juventus," Bari President Vincenzo Matarrese announced.
"In that case I would be particularly happy to have created the situation allowing Conte to continue his career at a prestigious club."
After a meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, Juve President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli would only say Claudio Ranieri was safe "until the end of the season. Then we'll see."
If Conte stays, he will be continuing the successful partnership with the club's sporting director Giorgio Perinetti.
"They won't be leaving Bari. I have told both of my ample satisfaction with the excellent year we've had and for the joy the team has given our extraordinary fans.
"Out of respect for those supporters, both will stay with the club to continue the project they started."
