Fiorentina have officially announced the arrival of Juventus midfielder Sergio Almiron on a season loan.
The Argentine midfielder hasn't managed to assert himself in Turin since arriving from Empoli last summer.
And the 27-year-old will now hope to regain his confidence at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.
"Fiorentina would like to announce that they have signed Almiron from Juventus on a temporary basis with the option for a co-ownership agreement at the end of the contract," a statement on the Viola’s website reads.
Almiron will be officially presented as a Fiorentina player this afternoon in the Gigliati's pre-season camp in Sieve.
Last season's fourth-placed side have now made nine signings this summer.
