Raffaele Palladino has completed a co-ownership agreement to move from Juventus to Genoa.
The Neapolitan star has been at Juve since 2002 and spent spells on loan at Salernitana and Livorno.
After being brought back to base in 2006, Palladino’s first-team opportunities have been limited and he has become frustrated at warming the bench.
Having lost his place in the national side and missing out on Euro 2008, Palla has decided to leave Turin to make his mark at Genoa.
The two sides have agreed that the Grifone will pay around £4m for 50 per cent of the 24-year-old’s rights and he will spent the season at Marassi.
Meanwhile, defender Domenico Criscito, who is owned by Juve, will spend another season on loan at Genoa and the Rossoblu will hand over around £1.4m for two years of his services.
