AC Milan forward Alberto Paloschi has been given his first call for Italy's Under-21 squad after the withdrawal of injured Treviso's Andrea Russotto.
Paloschi, 18, scored less than 20 seconds after coming on as a substitute in his Serie A debut against Siena last month and claimed his second goal against Sampdoria last week.
Pierluigi Casiraghi has also called up Atalanta's Daniele Capelli for Parma defender Marco Rossi in the squad for the UEFA European U21 Championship qualifier in Azerbaijan on Tuesday.
