Bologna have confirmed they have signed Rene Krhin in a co-ownership deal with champions Inter, with youngster Lorenzo Paramatti going the other way.
The 20-year-old Slovenia international, who made five appearances for Inter last season, has moved to the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara despite interest from top foreign clubs.
Paramatti, son of former Bologna captain and Juventus midfielder Michele Paramatti, has completed his switch to the San Siro.
The 15-year-old, who is among the most promising young talents in Italy, will join the Nerazzurri's youth team.
Meanwhile, Bologna have also confirmed the signing of 23-year-old Nicolo Cherubin from Cittadella.
