[Mercato] Lanzafame returns to Juve

Juventus and Palermo have renewed their co-ownership deal of Davide Lanzafame, although the young striker will return to Turin next season.

The 23-year-old spent last season on loan at Parma where he scored seven goals. Juventus wanted Lanzafame back in January when they were engulfed in crisis, but he decided to stay at the Ennio Tardini with a view to playing regularly.

He will now attend Juventus's pre-season training camp in a bid to prove his worth and convince new coach Luigi Del Neri that he can count on him.

Juventus are keen to monitor Lanzafame's progress first-hand over the next month, although a return to Parma hasn't been ruled out.

The Bianconeri's options up front could be diminished in the next few weeks as David Trezeguet looks set to leave with Bordeaux a possible destination.
