Genoa have signed Italy international full-back Domenico Criscito on a permanent basis from Juventus.
The 23-year-old has spent the last two years with Genoa on a co-ownership deal.
However, Juventus have now sold their stake in his contract in return for €6millon, which is payable over three years.
The two clubs have also renewed their co-ownership of 26-year-old outside forward Raffaele Palladino.
It's widely believed that this deal forms part of Juventus' negotiations for Leonardo Bonucci.
The Italy international centre-back was co-owned by Genoa and Bari.
However, after three-way talks in Milan yesterday Bari bought out Genoa's stake in Bonucci for €7.5millon and are now expected to sell him to Juventus for €14million plus Sergio Almiron.
