Genoa have confirmed they have signed striker David Suazo on loan, while Lazio have snapped up Sergio Floccari.
Suazo, 30, joins Genoa from Inter until the summer when they will have a chance to make the signing a permanent one.
The Honduran forward replaces Italian striker Floccari who has moved to Lazio, also on a six-month loan deal.
Regarding the signing of Suazo, Genoa President Enrico Preziosi told Radio Incontro: "We have agreed with Inter Suazo's arrival.
"He will play with Genoa on loan with the possibility for us to sign him permanently in the summer."
Regarding Floccari, Preziosi added: "There is the agreement with Lazio. He will go there on loan.
"I think the player will be pleased playing for the Biancocelesti."
Genoa currently lie 11th in a very congested Serie A table with 24 points from 16 games and their next match is a trip to the San Siro to play AC Milan on 6 January.
