Genoa 2-2 Juventus
Genoa and Juventus shared the spoils in a four-goal thriller at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris to round off the fifth round of matches in Serie A. Vincenzo Iaquinta put Juve ahead after six minutes, but Giandomenico Mesto replied on the half-hour mark. Hernan Crespo put the home side ahead after 75 minutes of a pulsating game, but Juve, who had two goals disallowed for offside, levelled with three minutes remaining through substitute David Trezeguet. The result maintains the Bianconeri's unbeaten start to the season and takes them back level with Inter at the top of Serie A while Genoa move up to fourth, three points adrift of the joint league leaders.
