[Mercato] Dellafiore and Galloppa join Parma

Paolo Dellafiore is on his way to newly-promoted Parma after being loaned out by Palermo, while the Gialloblu have also completed the signing of Daniele Galloppa from Siena.

Paolo DellafioreDellafiore spent two seasons on loan at Torino, but the club rejected the offer to sign him following their relegation to Serie B.

Palermo, on the other hand, already have a strong defence and are not looking to strengthen it with new signings.

The 24-year-old Argentinean was a wanted man according to rumours, with Bologna, Udinese and Bari all reportedly interested in offering the central defender a contract, but it is Francesco Guidolin's side who complete the signing.

Galloppa, meanwhile, signs from Serie A rivals Siena.

"Parma were the first club that came after me," said the 24-year-old. "This made me pick them, but also because of their ambitious project.

"I want to have a great season and settle quickly in the city."

The Tardini outfit have also snapped up midfielder Nicolas Cordova from Grosseto on a free transfer and Inter forward Jonathan Biabiany on a year-long loan deal.
