Serie B - Week 2: Rescheduled Matches

Tuesday 16 September
Albinoleffe 1-0 ParmaAlbinoleffe 1-0 Parma
Parma tumbled to a defeat in Bergamo with this rescheduled game due to the number of players away on international duty, but Albinoleffe go top of the table with this result and third straight clean sheet. It was a special goalscorer, as Ruopolo was a Parma youth team player.

Sassuolo 3-1 Pisa
New boys Sassuolo are making quite a name for themselves and thrashed last season's play-off contenders Pisa to go within a point of the leaders. Salvetti was the star of the show, as he set up Noselli's opener and, after an Alvarez equaliser, earned and converted penalty. Masucci pounced on a Feussi error.

Brescia 0-0 Treviso
Brescia continue to stutter in this Serie B season with a third straight draw and failed to find a way through Treviso's organised back line. Caracciolo did have the opportunity, but saw his first half penalty saved by veteran Guardalben. His nightmare was completed by a red card on the hour mark for hacking down Scurto. It is a prestigious point for Treviso, who started from -3 points.
