The 32-year-old Italian had reportedly attracted interest from Ligue 1 champions Lyon, but has opted to join Bayern.Oddo, who rejoined Milan from Lazio in 2007, has spoken of his delight at signing for the Bundesliga champions.
"I am to part company with Milan for the season for the team I have dreamed about playing for since I was a child," Oddo told Milan's official website.
"It was a difficult choice but the decision was made with Milan's backing."
