The 34-year-old was presented to the media this afternoon after joining the club on an initial loan deal with an option for the Rossoblu to later buy the player outright."Bologna announces having reached an agreement with Genoa for the temporary transfer, with the right to buy, of the forward Marco Di Vaio," read a statement on the club's website.
Bologna become the 10th club of Di Vaio's career since he began playing for Lazio in 1993.
He has also had spells with Juventus, Valencia and Monaco.
