Lazio have signed central defender Stefan Radu on loan from Romanian champions Dinamo Bucharest with a view to a permanent summer transfer.
The five-times capped Romanian international is looking forward to testing himself in Serie A for the remainder of the season, saying: "I will play in one of the most difficult and biggest leagues in Europe. I'm very happy."
The 21-year-old joins a team lying 14th in Serie A, the Biancocelesti having bowed out of the Champions League after finishing bottom in Group C.
Lazio allowed defender Guglielmo Stendardo, 26, to move to Juventus on loan earlier today.
Radu is their second recruit of the January window after striker Rolando Bianchi's loan arrival from Manchester City.
