The Lega Calcio have confirmed that Juventus will open the fourth round of the Coppa Italia by travelling to Empoli on December 6, while Lazio welcome Napoli on December 19.
The schedule for the last 16 was finally released and the competition has had to be spread out over several days in December because of European matches and rescheduled Serie A games.
It is a two-legged round, and the dates for the second legs were confirmed for January. All kick-off times stated are UK time.
