The draw for the 2010 FIFA World Cup will be in Durban on November 25, while the opening and closing matches are hosted by Johannesburg.
Today FIFA announced the dates for the next World Cup in South Africa after a meeting in Zurich.
The all-important draw for the qualifying groups is just five months away, as on November 25, 2007 the 205 teams will be assigned their opponents in Durban.
Italy are the reigning World Champions, but under new rules will still have to go through the qualifying process to enter the next edition.
The tournament itself kicks off at Soccer City in Johannesburg on June 11, 2010 and the Final will be in the same venue on July 11.
