Serie A champions Inter have confirmed that they have reached an agreement with Luca Castellazzi.
The experienced goalkeeper will become a free agent at the end of the month, with his contract at Sampdoria due to expire on June 30.
He will then be heading for Giuseppe Meazza, with a deal having already been put in place.
The 34-year-old is set to leave Sampdoria after five years in Genoa, during which time he made almost 100 appearances for the club.
He is unlikely to see much first-team action at Inter, with Julio Cesar the recognised No1, but he will be joining a team that landed an unprecedented Italian treble last season.
