Guberti will join Roma on a free transfer when his six-month contract with Bari expires at the end of June.The 24-year-old, who scored 10 goals in Serie B last term with Ascoli and Bari, has agreed a four-year deal to make the move to the Stadio Olimpico.
Guberti enjoyed an impressive second half of the season with the Galletti helping them win promotion to Serie A, but Roma have managed to lure him away.
"We are delighted about this deal," the player's agent, Claudio De Nicola, told the Italian press.
"Stefano moves to Rome with top motivation, we strongly wanted to join them despite offers from all around the peninsula.
"With this contract my client becomes an established top-flight player, who is now looking to prove his worth even further by playing in Serie A."
