Roma have sealed a deal for highly-rated full-back Marco Motta.
The 23-year-old, who is currently captaining the Italy Under-21 side at the UEFA European Under-21 Championships in Sweden, joined the Roman club on an initial loan basis from Udinese in January.
Motta impressed hugely and even landed a call-up from Marcello Lippi to the senior Italy squad in March.
Now as part of the deal Roma have bought half of his rights for £3million and will continue to play at the Stadio Olimpico next season.
