Juventus scored an added-time equaliser to earn a 1-1 draw with leaders Inter in Turin to keep the Serie A title race just alive. In the earlier game, Genoa suffered a blow to their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League when they were beaten 1-0 at home by a resurgent Lazio.
JUVENTUS 1-1 INTER
Inter moved a step closer to retaining their Serie A title despite conceding a last-minute goal in their draw with Juventus in Turin. Mario Balotelli put Jose Mourinho's side ahead after 64 minutes and, although Zdenek Grygera levelled in the 90th minute, the result leaves them 10 points ahead at the top of the table with six games remaining. Juve actually had the better of the play and could justifiably claim they deserved all three points but Tiago's red card for two bad challenges meant the hosts had to play for the final 15 minutes with 10 men.
GENOA 0-1 LAZIO
Lazio became only the second side this season to beat Genoa at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris to dent the home team's hopes of qualifying for the Champions League. Mauro Zarate's 65th-minute strike decided an error-ridden game with the visitors making the fewer mistakes to prevail. In claiming their second successive win, the Biancoceleste did a huge favour to their city rivals Roma, who they beat last weekend, enabling them and Fiorentina to take advantage.
