Chelsea and Manchester United are edging closer to a repeat of last year's UEFA Champions League final in Rome after this week's first leg semi-final ties.
Holders Manchester United hold the advantage in the battle of the all-English tie after John O'Shea's early goal gave them victory at Old Trafford against Arsenal.
On Tuesday, Chelsea produced a spirited display to stop Barcelona from scoring in the first leg of their first leg tie in the Nou Camp.
