Bari have re-signed striker Davide Lanzafame from Palermo after a difficult first half of the season.
The young Italian, co-owned by the Sicilian club and Juventus, will end the season with the Serie B promotion chasers after a loan deal was agreed.
Lanzafame was at the Stadio San Nicola last season where he excelled and later won recognition with the Italy Under-21's.
The 21-year-old, who was part of the deal which saw Amauri join Juventus, was expected to make an impact at the Stadio Renzo Barbera but has made just eight substitute appearances in Serie A all season.
"It was a decision I had to make," he told Mediagol. "I felt the need to play football and needed a team which had space for me.
"I had a lot of offers, but preferred an environment which I already know well."
Bari, coached by Juventus legend Antonio Conte, are currently sitting in sixth spot in the second division standings but are just one point behind the joint-quintet of leaders.
