Striker Alberto Paloschi has joined Serie B side Parma from AC Milan in a co-ownership deal.
The 18-year-old, who made seven appearances for the Rossoneri outfit last season, was unveiled as a Gialloblu player earlier today.
The arrival of Andriy Shevchenko and Ronaldinho at Milan this summer has seen Paloschi fall down the pecking order at the club and in all likelihood he would have figured little for Carlo Ancelottis side this season.
Paloschi may not be the last player to leave the Rossoneri camp this summer with Milan reportedly evaluating an offer from Lyon for Italy international Massimo Oddo.
"Lyon are interested in Oddo and anything can happen," said AC Milan vice-President Adriano Galliani.
If Oddo heads to the French champions, he will join compatriot Fabio Grosso.
