Napoli striker Marcelo Zalayeta has been handed a two-game ban after being convicted of diving by the Lega Calcio.
The Disciplinary Commission panel ruled, based on television evidence, that the former Juventus forward "flew without any significant physical contact" to win his side a penalty during Sunday's clash with Torino.
Maurizio Domizzi missed the subsequent spot kick in the 1-1 draw, but the panel chose to review the incident and suspend Zalayeta.
It is the second time he has been banned for diving this season after he went down eagerly against Juventus, although that ban was later rescinded based on further television evidence.
